I was recruited by Serena Software to design their latest SaaS
offering for Agile Project Management, as well as breathe new
life into an existing Project Portfolio Management solution with
a loyal userbase.
In less than two years, we built and launched an intuitive,
powerful, and beautifully designed Agile Project Management
tool, and overhauled the information architecture and user
interface for their Project Portfolio Management solution with
great responses from customers and users.
At eProject, I was tasked with leading the
user experience strategy and and delivering product designs for every release. As the only UX professional in the company at the time, it was an invaluable challenge:
creating a best-in-class enterprise software experience for over
100,000 users, as well as educating and championing user experience within the organization.
eProject PPM6 marked a milestone for the company. It was received with enthusiasm by customers and press, added value to the eProject brand,
and took eProject into Gartner’s “visionary” quadrant in 2006 as
the first SaaS vendor of its kind.
